Today, the view is breathtaking, and so is the weather. The great region of Vancouver is showing off in front of Henri, who is completely amazed. 400 km are covered, to lead Henri to the city of Kelowna, BC.
A glimmer of hope in Henri’s heart, who can finally accomplish the expected distance without being wet to the bone.
Well done my friend.

Week Two | June 19, 2022
Wow. Big day. 400 kilometres and 5600 m of elevation gain. That’s a lot of climbing. And all these gravel roads don’t leave any respite. Henri has to be constantly focused, and the slightest technical mistake could become fatal. Not to mention the continuous climbs at 15% gradient.
The landscapes on the approach to Vancouver are simply breathtaking. 20 hours in the saddle later, Henri arrives in Whistler with the feeling of having accomplished his duty.

Week One | June 17, 2022
Departure from Smithers on this Friday morning, towards the city of Prince-George. About 380 km on the menu. The weather was quite clement today. Henri enjoys the sunrays that warm him up at the end of the day, and give him a boost of energy. The sight of a Costco also comforts Henri, who starts a well-deserved return to civilization. Objective of the day accomplished.
Keep it up man.

The big start is here! Henri is in the saddle, at the top of his form, at 6 am. First objective: to take on the Yukon and its savage plains. Henri moves forward, despite the hazards.
No more than ten degrees on the menu, in addition to a torrential downpour. The road is long and strenuous. Henri revises his daily mileage objective to a more modest level.
