Shipping Origin and Carriers
Orders are shipped out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada through Canada Post for Canadian addresses, through Canada Posts/USPS for U.S. addresses and through DHL, Asendia and APC internationally.

Shipping is free for orders from Canada of $200 CAD * and more.
Continental U.S. **
Shipping is free for orders from the continental U.S. of $350 USD ** and more.
International ***
Shipping is free for International orders of €350 EUR *** and more.
Shipping Fees
For all other orders, shipping costs are fixed and depend on the delivery address and package weight:
- Canada: $12 CAD *
- Continental U.S.: varies depending on weight and destination **
- International: varies depending on weight and destination ***

** Purchases shipped to the United States are exempt from Canadian taxes. However, please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or duties you may owe. If in doubt, please check the rates with your local customs office.
*** We are pleased to offer simplified shipping to a growing number of European markets, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. For Australia and New Zealand, we are also pleased to offer the same simplified shipping for orders below the local minimum thresholds of AUD 1,000 and NZD 1,000. Please note that these thresholds change frequently depending on local policy.
Our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service ensures that all import duties and taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout. This means you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery, guaranteeing a transparent and hassle-free transaction.
Purchases made in Asian countries and city-states, including but not limited to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea, are exempt from Canadian taxes. However, please note that we are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. If in doubt, check the rates with your local customs office. We are currently working to offer the same simplified standards as those outlined above. Stay tuned.
The same policies as those for Asian markets apply to Mexico and other South American countries.
