Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange it or receive a merchandise credit within 15 days following its reception. Items must be unworn and unwashed. No refund will be issued for returns.

Please note that accessories such as socks, caps and water bottles are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.

All discounted items including bundles and purchases made with a promotional code are non refundable. They can however be exchanged if products are in stock. If not, we will issue a credit note valid on a future purchase applicable on our online shop.

Exchange Procedure
Write to us at the following address: 

  1. In the subject line of your email, type EXCHANGE and then provide your Order Number.
  2. In your email, include your name, the product(s) you are returning, your Order Number, the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) (provide all pertinent details if so) or receive a merchandise credit.
  3. Ship the unworn and unwashed item(s) back to us. Item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags.
  4. The customer assumes the shipping costs to return the item(s).

Once we have received your return, we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Additional information for International exchanges
Returned items must be declared at customs as Returned Canadian merchandise.

Failing to do so may incur additional fees, which, in the case of an exchanged item, will be added to the cost of the new item, or in the case of a merchandise credit, will be deducted from the credit issued.
