HOW TO MEASURE For the most accurate results, take measurements over your underwear or close-fitting apparel. Take the measurements twice to ensure accuracy. Use a flexible tape measure and always keep it horizontal.

CHEST (A) Relax arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

WAIST (B) To measure the circumference place the measuring tape approximately at the base of your rib cage. Usually this is the narrowest part of your torso and it is often located at or above your belly button. Stand up straight and breathe normally.

HIPS (C) Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
