TransCanada Bike Race 2022

Henri Do is an ultra distance cyclist. Having completed several 400, 600 and 1000 km cycling challenges in less than 48 hours, he is one of Quebec's ultra cycling elite. Always looking for his next project on two wheels and not taking himself too seriously, Henri is fueled by ice cream when he embarks on adventures that seem superhuman and beyond the imagination.

This year, Henri will be on the starting line of the inaugural edition of the world's longest bike race, the TransCanada Bike Race.

Starting in the Yukon and ending in Newfoundland, the TransCanada Bike Race crosses Canada from north to south and from west to east. A 12,500 km journey with more than 95,000 m of positive elevation gain to be completed on two wheels as quickly as possible.

On June 12, at 6 a.m., Henri will line up at the start line in Whitehorse for, quite possibly, the greatest adventure of his life. Arc’teryx Montreal and LeBraquet.cc are proud to accompany him throughout the next gruelling, yet enlightening, weeks to come.

Remember to check back with us regularly to follow Henri's adventures with a daily updated roadbook-style blog filled with stories ands photos.

In the meantime, we invite you to watch the short film, presented above, directed by Philip Rouleau. A real little gem.

There is only one thing left to say: Go Henri Go!
