Orders are typically processed within 2 business days following the date of the order.
Shipping times vary greatly by destination.
Order Processing Hours
Le Braquet processes orders Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Shipping Origin and Carriers
Orders are shipped out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada through Canada Post for Canadian addresses, through Canada Posts/USPS for U.S. addresses and through DHL, Asendia and APC internationally.
Shipping Methods and Conditions
All orders are shipped through regular service mail, unless specified or previously purchase service.
Free Shipping
North America (Canada and the U.S.)
Shipping is free for orders from Canada and the U.S. of $200 CAD (approx. $140 USD) * and more.
International
Shipping is free for International orders of $350 CAD (approx. €230 EUR) and more.
Shipping Fees
For all other orders, shipping costs are fixed and depend on the delivery address and package weight:
- Canada: $12 CAD *
- U.S.: $16 CAD (approx. $11.50 USD) **
- International: $26 CAD (approx. €18 EUR) **
Important Notes
* Taxes extra. Free shipping does not apply to Custom Project orders.
** Purchases made from and shipped to the U.S. and abroad (International) are free of Canadian taxes. Despite this, please note that we are not responsible for your local duties or taxes.
