Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? 

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange an item, provided that the products are unworn and unwashed.

To exchange an item, simply contact us and we will send you all the instructions to follow. Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will send you the desired item to complete the exchange, or issue a credit equal to the value of the returned item. Please note that we do not offer free exchanges or returns. The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Le Braquet will ship the replacement items at its own expense

An item I recently purchased is now on sale. Am I entitled to a price adjustment?


Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before the start of a promotion or sale. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are considered final. However, we invite you to keep an eye on our newsletters and social media channels so you don't miss out on any of our upcoming special offers!

How do I return or exchange an item purchased from a retailer?

If you purchased a Le Braquet product from one of our partner retailers, we invite you to contact the store where you made your purchase directly. Each retailer has its own return and exchange policy and will be able to assist you with the process. Unfortunately, we cannot directly process returns or exchanges for items purchased in-store or from a reseller.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing usually takes about 2 business days from the time you place your order. Shipping times vary depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped via regular mail service, unless otherwise noted.


I made a mistake while completing my order. What should I do?

If you made an error with a product, a size or the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and specify what needs to be corrected. We’ll take care of the rest.

Order status indicates DELIVERED, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Please note that Le Braquet is not responsible for shipping once the order has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact the courier directly using the tracking number you received once your order was processed.

Do you offer international shipping? 


We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs or import duties may apply depending on the country of delivery, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

We design our products to last as long as possible. We offer a one-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. If a problem arises under normal use, we will repair, replace, or credit the product. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or improper care. Please consult the appropriate section of the Care Guide for more information.

What can I do if the stitching of my products are undone?


​​Before beginning the repair process, make sure that your bib shorts are not rubbing against your saddle, saddle bag, frame bag, or any other abrasive material. In addition, changing your saddle or position on the bike can create new areas of friction and damage your cycling shorts. These verification steps allow us to ensure that the damage does not reoccur after repairs.

If the seams of your Le Braquet product are damaged or the stitches are undone, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the situation to determine the best solution, whether it be a repair by our local seamstress, a replacement, or a store credit, as appropriate. Our goal is always to extend the life of your products.

Do you offer crash replacement?

We offer a crash replacement program. If your equipment has been damaged in an accident, we offer a discount on a replacement product to help you get back on the road quickly. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Simply write to us with a description and photos of the damage, and our team will get back to you with the best possible solution for your situation. Where are the products manufactured?

The products are designed in Montreal, Canada, and carefully manufactured in specialized workshops in Asia and Italy, with an emphasis on high-quality materials and finishes to offer durable, high-performance clothing.

How do I have to wash my products?

To preserve the durability and performance of your Le Braquet products, we recommend following these instructions:

  • Always wash your garment by hand or, at most, in a protective laundry bag on a delicate cycle. Intense washing can cause fabric abrasion;
  • The water temperature should be cold, 30°C or lower;
  • Use a mild detergent without fabric softener or bleaching agents;
  • Do not use a dryer: allow to air dry, flat or hung in the shade.

These precautions will help preserve the colours, elasticity, and seams of your garments. For more information, please refer to the Care Guide section.
